Zudem war man fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt und auch der Bus zum Weihnachtsmanndorf und zum Flughafen hat eine Haltestelle in etwa 5 Minuten Gehentfernung. Negative: Ein wenig umständlich ist es, dass man den Wohnungsschlüssel im Büro in der Stadt aus einem Schließfach abholen und bei Abreise auch dahin zurückbringen muss.

Positive: Die Lage ist gut. Negative: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Alles ist Fleckig. Also am Bett und auf den Teppichen sond Flecken. Am Bettzeig waren lange schwarze Haare. Im Bad war lediglich ein Duschvorhang als Duschantrennung der geschimmelt hat. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Vermieter und Booking werde der Duschvorhang entfernt. Das war alles, sauber gemacht wurde nicht. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht verlassen. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Vermieter und keine Unterstützung von Booking. Sehr enttäuschend.

Just go for it. What is keeping you? Positive: We didnot think about the breakfast. I was not sure of what we could use from the kitchen shelves. So, why is this a good thing, right? Its because it was okay to use all of those (we later found on the shelves, even the curry powder we Indians badly need while cooking). It was awesome! Every room was very clean, and everything was functional. It also tuaght a little bit about conservation of energy, how? Here is how- When electricity is used to heat up the sauna the other rooms get low priority and starts to get little colder. As soon as you switch OFF sauna, the other rooms get the power back! The place is at a perfect location close to the city and at a quiet location dotted with villas. The quintescential fairytale imagination of a township near Santa Clause village. When we arrived everything was covered knee deep in pristine ice. It was not any shade of white, it was just pure pristine white. As a cherry on the top the days were sunny and the nights exhibited the best to our knowledge of the dance of the Northern Lights. Best parts are saved for the last to savor- respectful members of the hosting company. Multiple persons contacted multiple times with the best intention to make our stay as memorable as it could be. But once they learned that we have managed all prior bookings and we would contact if there was any need, they let us be. I asked if we needed to clean-up before leaving, I was greeted with a big smile and was told I had already paid for that, so no need. Ofcourse we always try to be the best guests, so we tried to do as much cleaning as possible before leaving, but they definitely wanted us to just have the best memories from Roveniemi and from Villa Aurora's hosting crew. Signing with a strong recommendation! Negative: I know it is different for different guests, and I really dont have any complaint. I am myself curious to learn if anyone rates them differently. There was practically nothing to complain about. Maybe, maybe we lacked the personal touch of actually meeting someone from the hosting side... not to be scrutinized neither to be pleased, but to have that warmth in their conversations rightfully demonstrated. The digital world is killing the actual interpersonal interactions... I would have loved to shake hands with the host, looked into their eyes and told them to their face.. it was a perfect stay at Villa Aurora.

A great spot to stay in Lapland for a large group/family Positive: Great size, lots of room, very well equipped kitchen with lots of extras not just the standard 6 cups, 6 plates, 6 bowls etc. Comfortable beds. Check in and out was very easy. Negative: The dryer was out of action and there are no radiators so it made drying wet gear a bit more difficult, a few of the blinds were broken and in need of repair.

Ob wir früher aufschrecken wurde auch abgefragt….ich vermute mal wir hätten keine Rückvergütung bekommen…. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. I Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sanierungsbedürftig.

Love the apartment with sauna Positive: It is a cosy apartment with sauna. The apartment is clean on arrival, and it has everything one need in a home (more than what hotel could offer). It is within walking distance to the mart and eateries, and the bus stop to the airport and santa clause village is just opposite. One would have to collect and return the keys from the office at the city centre (5 - 10 mins walking distance from the stay), it is just a tiny bit of a hassle especially to walk with the luggage. Negative: Just a tiny bit hassle on the check in and check out, tiny bit.

Positive: The location ist really good! Negative: Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty upon arrival — for example, the kettle was not usable at first due to cleanliness, although it was replaced quickly after we reported it. However, other items like pots were also dirty, and our follow-up request about this was unfortunately ignored. The bathroom design is also problematic, as water from the shower spreads across the floor and even collects under the washing machine, where it remained for several days. While the staff was generally friendly, communication was inconsistent, and some questions or requests did not receive a response. Overall, the apartment has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and responsiveness would be needed for a more comfortable stay.

Dokonalé Positive: Úžasný domeček, kuchyň plně vybavena a naprosto dostatečná pro naše potřeby. Vše krásně čisté. Sauna byla naprosto úžasná, využívali jsme ji každý večer. Proces příjezdu/odjezdu pomocí skříňky na klíče - vše bylo popsané dobře a vše proběhlo hladce. Negative: Museli jsme si koupit tablety do myčky - byla k dispozici pouze jedna. Nebyly prostěradla do sauny - využívali jsme každý svůj ručník, co byl určen do sprchy. Gauč není dostatečně dlouhý - můj manžel se zde nevyspal dobře. I přesto to byl dokonalý pobyt, toto bych pouze upravila a bylo by to ještě lepší.

Nice place near center. Positive: The location is great, the city centre is very close by as well the Angry Birds kids playground. There's a supermarket with the basics 5 mins away. The apartment was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. We even had a sled on the balcony. Negative: The address for the apartment building was a bit misleading as the entrance to the building was from the back street and not from the one listed on the booking. The bathroom rug did not seem to have been cleaned from the previous occupants. Also the cooker hood (the thing that sucks the air when you are cooking) had never ever been cleaned and also did not work. I tried messaging the owners but mostly got automated messages and one reply asking if I alreafy received instructions on how to use it (I hadn't and did not later either). These were minor things for us though and did not cause us much trouble and we enjoyed our time overall.

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO MAL GESTIONADO Positive: La ubicación es inmejorable,frente a un parque,parada de bus al aeropuerto y Santa Claus Village,cerca del centro, restaurantes,del río... El apartamento está muy bien equipado y cuidado y la temperatura es buena. Negative: La limpieza era muy mejorable (había unas bragas sucias en un cajón de la mesita de noche,un tupper sucio en el lavavajillas que estaba entero manchado...). Las almohadas son incomodisimas,muy blandas. Hay un ruido constante muy molesto de calefacción por aire o similar que de noche es bastante desagradable. La gestión por parte de la empresa a la que pedimos ayuda por varias cosas fue escasa, pedí que nos asistieran viniendo a solucionar un par de cosas y nunca vinieron,cuando llegamos faltaban camas por montar pero como no hay teléfono de emergencias ni atención 24h y llegamos tarde nadie nos ayudó y tuvimos que apañarnos,los tours de caza de auroras que reservamos con ellos fueron muy mejorables.

Cómoda y con buena ubicación a pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados. Positive: Cómodo y céntrico. Muy bien ubicado. Negative: A partir del segundo día empezó a haber una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño y mojaba el piso por lo que cada vez que se usaba el lavabo salía agua hacia el piso. El módem del internet se reventó, la pila seguramente tuvo un sobre calentamiento y no tuvimos internet el resto del tiempo. Avisamos por mensaje al alojamiento pero solo recibimos disculpas y ninguna solución.

The house was a great stay for a night. I’m not sure how it would have been for a longer stay as there are a lot of items in the house that are hard to distinguish if the are there for guest use or if they are owner items that weren’t put away - many owner items in the bedroom closest. The host only provides one towel per guest. If we had been staying for several days, 1 towel per guest would have made things difficult as they ask you to use a towel in the sauna, but you also need a towel to shower. The shampoo bottle was empty with just a little bit of water in it to so be sure to check on the provided toiletries before being stuck in the shower room without them. I did receive many messages ahead of the booking promoting the hosts services they provide for additional costs, which was a bit bothersome to receive so many unsolicited ads.

Great Positive: Great location, quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Santa express bus stop. Host left great recommendation about what to do / where to eat and we used them. Negative: Key pick-up & drop-off box is in different locations- city center (around 10 minutes walking distance one-way). This was not disclosed before booking, and caused us some issues as we were departing early in the morning.

Positive: The appartment is very clean and has all the necessities for a short stay (including things like salt, oil, tea or coffee). It is less than 10 minutes by foot from the city centre where most activities take place. There is a smooth check-in at a key box so you can check-in at any time (we arrived at 1 am and it was no issue). Negative: No complaints.

Nicht zu empfehlen Negative: Die Unterkunft war voller Makel. Die Couch hatte Flecken, sowie der Teppich auch. Auf dem Tisch waren Wasser Spuren und es war viel Staub an den Oberflächen. Dazu gab es im ganzen Haus vermehrt Silberfische, auf dem Boden wie Teppich, im Waschbecken, in den Zimmer und sogar auf dem Bett! Eine wunderbare Winter Woche in Rovaniemi. Positive: Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Fluß. Sehr ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu erreichen. Sehr unkompliziert , wir haben es genossen.

Positive: Все супер, нічого додати, все що потрібно є в квартирі, дуже зручне ліжко і можна добре виспатись, хороша шумо ізоляція, квартира в самому центрі, 5 хв до головної площаді, квартира в новому районі, гарний підʼїзд і вигляд з вікна, все чисто.

Bilo je OK. Positive: Lokacija je dobra, sve je blizu (prodavnica, autobusko stajalište, apoteka). U apartmanu je bilo toplo i oduševljena sam peškirima (čisti, mirisni i ima ih baš dovoljno). Negative: Komunikacija sa domaćinima skroz loša i nismo dobili apartman koji smo rezervisali.

Excellent location Positive: The location was excellent a couple of minutes walk to main city area, and the apartment was relatively new and modern. It was lovely and warm with comfortable beds and a good-sized kitchen and a sauna in the shower room. Good WiFi, nice place for a couple. Staff were responsive. Negative: Was smaller than I thought, it would suit 3 adults maximum in my opinion. Could do with some plates there were none, plenty of bowls though!! A couple of extra towels would be nice, and please dump the spare pillows they are stained. Didn't like no doors for the bedroom no privacy just 2 open sections either side of TV into bedroom, not sure if that's a Finnish thing for warmth etc but not to my liking. Just my personal preference overall, it's a nice unit.

HIFI kam nach Beschwerde erst nach 3 Tagen Toilettendeckel nur an einer Schraube befestigt, man konnte abrutschen, Wurde nicht repariert. Um in meine Bett zu steigen musste ich immer über das Sofa klettern. Tolle Gymnastikübung. Beim betreten des Zimmers dachte ich ich bin im Vorratsraum für die Putzfrau

sorry but Won't visit again Positive: The shower is good, the sauna is good, the location is good. The staff answered questions quickly during our stay but did not really answer before we visited.. Negative: The toilet seat was broken, I read the reviews before and someone had already mentioned it and I can't believe they did not fix it. No shower curtain, not sure if this is normal in Finland but the fact is water everywhere after a shower isn't ideal. The place is extremely small which I'm aware of but still can't not believe how small it is. There's an oven but no trays or foil to be able to cook. I asked if there were any kids sled at the flat before I visited and they did not reply they had in the office just need to collect, only find out on our last day and it was too late to borrow which we need to return it too. The msg is filled with a bunch of tour ads but not really answering my questions each time.. I won't visit again considering the price was almost €200 a night but with such a small flat.

We had a lovely stay and would happily stay again! Positive: The property is lovely! It’s modern, bright and clean. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet. And there is a small supermarket on the corner which is ideal! Negative: It’s uphill from the city centre. Not steep but still worked up a sweat when in heavy snow wear and been on feet all day haha. The WiFi didn’t appear to be switched on, the WiFi name in the booklet didn’t appear in the list of available networks. Not a problem really for us as could use my hotspot. Would be useful if able to collect the key closer to the property as was challenging with suitcases and children to get between the 2 locations easily.

Positive: The location was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Negative: The apartment is quite small. The pictures online are deceiving. The bedroom is only as wide as the bed. The main issue was with the sofa bed. It is so uncomfortable even for children. I had read previous reviews regarding this and before checking in I emailed and asked was the issue resolved and was reassured the bed was in order and would be comfortable. It dipped in the middle and was very painful on their backs. I messaged the host in regards to this and got no reply.

Es war alles zusammen angenehm Positive: Die Lage war super. Alle meine Fragen und Anregungen wurden immer sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Negative: Die Wohnung war nur karg ausgestattet z.b. kein Mülleimer im Badezimmer etc. Die Wohnungstür hat uns auch Probleme gemacht, manchmal hat sie geklemmt oder hat nicht abgeschlossen. Es gab eine Verwechslung mit der Sauna, wir dachten wir hatten eine im Zimmer aber es war dann doch nicht so.

Expensive, but amazing Positive: The apartment was far beyond our expectations. The price we paid was not small, but it was definitely worth it. The location was amazing, close to the lake and the park where my children played every day. Negative: The only inconvenience was that in the kitchen there wasn’t a single pot larger than one litre for cooking. For us, this holiday was a dream come true. We paid a great deal for transport and accommodation, so we tried to stick to our budget and ate only at the apartment, cooking our own meals. However, it was a bit difficult managing with the two small saucepans we had available. We contacted the host beforehand and asked whether there were pots and pans in the apartment, and we were told that there were. To be fair, we didn’t ask how large they were. For four people, cooking in a one-litre pot isn’t ideal, but we managed.

Positive: The location is only a 10 minute walk from town/public transport, had everything we needed inside. there is enough cutlery and kitchen ware to cook your own meals and the room is very spaceous. Its very affordable aswell and from what ive seen online is the best place for its value, 100% staying here again if i ever come back to Finland. And a bonus we got to see the northern lights from inside the hotel!

Worth it! Positive: We loved the space and how it looked as well as all the amenities available. the location is great we could uber to town centre in 10 mins! very pretty views as well. hosts are friendly and very helpful. It was the cheapest accommodation we could find but it certainly did not feel like it. luxurious cute home stay with big enough space for all 4 of us. Negative: a hassle to collect keys we didnt realise we had to gi take them in town first, and went straight to the hotel but luckily they were kind enough to drive it to us. Neighbours were smoking weed we could smell from the balcony. such a shame we cldnt sit out there to enjoy the view!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Felt like at home and didn't want to leave:-) Positive: Absolutely wonderful cottage house with a nice backyard at the lake, sauna and fully equipped kitchen. Very spaceous. We felt like staying in someone's home - plenty of dishes and all the other appliances, furs and blankets to keep you warm in the terrace, dishwasher and washing machine (capsules included for both). Even sledges for the kids were left at the house. Parking at the door. Good heating. Sauna experience and the ability to cool down in the terrace in the backyard watching the lake was our evenings' highligh! I even wanted to buy it!l:-) Negative: Just minor drawbacks, but they must be solved. It's a shame to see them in such an adoring place!! Old locks: terrace doors do not lock at all and the lock of the front doors was also trying to break. Electricity system is also breaking - there was no light in the WC (not the bulbs problem), but we solved it by putting one of the portable lamps there:-) No freezer to put some ice-cream (just a really big fridge). The agency rents it - we received too many annoying adds, and the guy who was responsible for the house was not responsive (only replied me when I complained via the booking messages).

Comoda e accogliente, a 30min a piedi da Rovaniemi! Positive: Piccola, accogliente e con tutti i comfort che si hanno bisogno in una vacanza come questa. Bella vista aperta sul parco perché al 4^ piano, quindi possibilità di vedere l’aurora direttamente dal proprio terrazzo. A mezz’ora a piedi sei al centro di’ Rovaniemi. Attività e market aperti (alcuni 24H) e vicini all’appartamento. Vicinissima anche alla stazione dei pullman per poter andare al Villaggio di babbo natale o Ranua o altre mete. Negative: Bocchetta dell’aria (penso per il riscaldamento al pavimento) sopra il letto e molto rumorosa. Leggermente freddo quando si sta in cucina e sul divano perché arriva l’aria fredda sempre da quella bocchetta. Il codice porta del portone del condominio non ha mai funzionato (si sono interessati a risolvere il problema, chapeaux!), ci siamo arrangiati con la chiave per fortuna andava bene anche quella per aprire. Doccia senza piatto e con la tenda, molto funzionale se fai attenzione.

Also close to the bridge, which you cross for nice views and take on the winter trail just on the other side through the forest and go up the viewing platform. Super recomendable! Positive: The apartment was warm, and had everything you needed in it to be self sufficient during your stay. Plenty of cooking utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans etc. Close to the bus station, train station, and grocery stores. There was also parking Negative: The check-in instructions could have been better. It wasn't the easiest to find where in the building the actual apartment number was. There was a sauna in the building but we weren't allowed to use it, which is a huge shame. They also sent way too many promotional messages.

Lovely stay just lacking a few small things Positive: Really convenient location. Everything was clean and comfy. TV could connect to YouTube, Netflix and Disney plus. Extra bedding was left and a small heater which was perfect. Negative: Wish there was another mirror and there was only one mirror in the bathroom. A full length mirror would have been useful. Was also left a box of empty breakfast tea in the cupboard.

Peut-être seulement indiquer où se trouve le local poubelles que nous n'avons pas trouvé ;) .

Inoltre l'appartamento non si trova facilmente per indicazioni poco dettagliate. Tra i servizi sono indicati bidet e macchina del caffè e non ci sono. Il bagno cieco senza ventola (credo rotta) decisamemte minuscolo. Tre camere di cui una senza porta e praticamente in cucina (con frigorifero e micronde nell'armadio); un'altra con un materasso aggiuntivo sbattuto a terra; la terza senza porta perchè incastrata nel muro. Ma soprattutto molto sporca! Soprattuto la cucina.

Gemütlich- zu empfehlen Positive: Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Hatte Wohlfülcharakter. Negative: Ein paar Dinge waren kaputt. Die Glastür war aus der Vwrankerung. Die Jalousin waren so billig, dass wir sie lieber nicht angefasst haben. Hört sich nach Kleinigkeiten an, aber das waren Dinge die wir eigentlich haätten benutzen wollen um aus dem Fenster zu schaurn, oder abzudunkeln. Auch die Glastüre bereitete bei zwei kleinen Kindern Sorge, dass sie umkippen könnte. Wir haben sie dann nicht angefasst. Vielleicht kann es einfach repariert werden. Dann ist es perfekt.

O apartamento era simples mas tinha todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para uma estadia de 3 noites. Adoramos também o facto da casa ser aquecida e de ter o chão da casa de banho aquecido . Negative: O que foi de lamentar foi o facto de que durante toda a estadia tivemos barulho desde as 7 da manhã, barulho de obras no apartamento de cima, o que foi péssimo pois deitavamos muito tarde para aproveitar as atividades na cidade e mesmo levantando cedo para aproveitar bem o dia incomodou bastante. Também tinham imensa loiça a secar no escorredor acima da banca , não havia detergente nem panos para limpar loiça.

Υπήρχαν προϊόντα για να φτιάξει κανείς καφέ κ σκεύη για να μαγειρέψουμε κ πιάτα κ μαχαιροπήρουνα για να φάμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα και με έτοιμο προφίλ για παιδιά στο netflix. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο για 3 άτομα όπως ήταν η κράτηση μας. Βέβαια αυτό λύθηκε άμεσα με ένα τηλεφώνημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Negative: Δεν υπήρχε κάποιο μεγάλο πρόβλημα μόνο κάποια μικρά που λύνονται εύκολα. Η ηχομόνωση δεν είναι η καλύτερη, ακουγόταν καθαρά τι γινόταν έξω από το διαμέρισμα, στο διάδρομο αργά τη νύχτα. Ευτυχώς δεν είχαμε πολύ θορυβώδεις γείτονες και δεν ήταν ενοχλητικό. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει χώρισμα που να εμποδίζει τα νερά του ντούς να γεμίζουν όλο το μπάνιο. Βέβαια βάλαμε μία έξτρα πετσέτα και το λύσαμε. Γενικά ήταν ένα πολύ καλό ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα!!

Pleasant place to stay for to people Positive: Very nice and pleasant place. Small, but for 2 people fully enough. Well equipted. Clean. Location is outside city center, however nearby there is bus stop with line 8 which is going to Santa Clause Village. I've missed this information in the offer description. In the flat there is some manual / guide. Maybe it would be good to include information about public transport there, as well. Contact with landlord only via booking.com chat, but they were responding very quickly. Negative: Picking up the keys from city center is not very convrenient. Some advantage of such solution is that there is no time limitation. You can take them even in the middle of night. Disadvantage: you cannot go directly to the place from airport or bus/train station. You have to first go to landlord office and take the keys (you will get all pins and codes in the message, before arrival). The airport express bus and Santa Clause express bus have their stop in the city center, nearby the office, however after picking up the keys, you need to think about transportation to the apartment.

Do not arrive at an odd hour if you want to get into the flat. Positive: Good location. Walking distance to the bus stop. Clean flat and had basic requirements such as a kettle, microwave, fridge, etc. Negative: Terrible check-in experience. The pictures to access the keys were outdated. The keys were in a lockbox located behind multiple locked doors. We had to use 2-3 people at a time, placing their gloves and hats between the door so we don't get locked between doors while trying to access or return the keys. No building access code was provided, a kind neighbour helped us out. The host answered the call (eventually) but told us to look at the check-in pictures (which were outdated) - none of which were helpful at all until he admitted that pictures weren't accurate. They also forgot to place a hair dryer and dishwasher tablets (smaller miss).

Positive: Sijainti on erinomainen jos haluaa tutustua kaupunkiin! Negative: Huonetta ei ole yritettykään tehdä viihtyisäksi, ruskeanharmastverhot ovat metrin liian pitkät levittäytyen lattialle, vaatteille ei ole paikkaa, ei yhtään henkaria vaatteille jne

Excellent stay! Positive: The property was lovely and clean stocked with everything we needed. The location is great and close by to supermarkets and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Positive: La posizione è ottima, se si ha la macchina a disposizione (e io l'avevo). In quartiere residenziale, a ridosso sul fiume che in questo periodo era ghiacciato. La casa davvero molto bella, tutti i confort. C'era anche la sauna e il posto auto. Negative: Uno neo, ma proprio per dover riempire questo spazio, la casa era da 8 posti letto (e noi eravamo in 8) ma c'erano solo 6 sedie per pranzare/cenare. Tra il fatto che avevamo 4 bambini e che c'era una poltrona alla fine ci siamo arrangiati e siamo comunque stati comodi.

Perfect location, but extremely cold during our visit. Positive: The place is very central and is in walking distance to all the major attractions, a house shopping centre with all major shops and restaurants are right in front. We went to K Market to buy groceries, it’s literally 5 minutes walk. We also got some souvenirs there. The apartment was spotless clean, no complains here and had literally everything we need (tea, vegetable oil, salt etc) Also, the apartment was actually larger than on the pictures. Even though we were told there is no parking, we parked in the numbered spot that matched the apartment and had no issues. The agent was always in contact and reachable. Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment was very cold. When we arrived it was -34 outside and inside the apartment the temperature was +16. The coldest room was the bedroom, we had to move the bed further from the window as it was very draughty - we had to wear hats and fleece during the sleep. The next night we stuffed some paper towels into the gap by the window, and that actually helped a lot (see photo). Overall, I’d probably stay here again, but not in such extreme cold and definitely not for €199 per night — the price really doesn’t match the quality.

Schönes, ruhiges Wohnquartier. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet Negative: Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Max 45m2. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur ein sehr schmales Doppelbett Es hat kaum Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Fenster sind undicht, es zieht bei sehr kalten Temperaturen (-20 Grad) rein.

Had everything we needed me and my 10 year old daughter.4th floor but there is a lift. Thank you Negative: Could do with a couple of more hangers Cistern broke and cut off tap very stiff. Positive: La ubicación, limpieza y atención del personal cuando fue necesario Negative: Entraba algo de frío por las ventanas, estaría bien poner una doble ventana. Por otro lado, habríamos agradecido un doble juego de toallas, porque estuvimos una semana y solo había una toalla de repuesto

Amazing place Positive: Amazing apartment (we had no.13) close to city centre, up to 5 min walk. Close to bus station to the airport or to Santa village. Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Very warm. Great surprise was our own sauna! There were some basic groceries in the kitchen (probably from previous travellers), such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil... that made life just a bit easier. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. 100 out of 10. Negative: The only thing we didn't like was the fact you had to pick up the key at the office (and return as well), which was about 9-10 minutes away from the apartments. This information is not given at the booking time or before, instruction comes 1 day before arrival. Although it is not the end of the world, it would be better to count on it and know this in advance (especially when we arrived at night, not knowing where you are, with freezing temperature and then dragging the suitcase 10 min in the snow). But that's the only minor disadvantage.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Positive: Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Nur 10 Minuten laufweg vom Bahnhof und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sehr gemütlich und warm. Negative: Leider gab es dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank und abgelaufene Lebensmittel von anderen Gästen. Die Dusche ist nicht so optimal gebaut. Das halbe Bad wird nass, wenn man duscht.

It was warm and quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was easy using the code to get in and out. It has a washer but no tumble dryer. It had a clothes airer. The bathroom was functional. Negative: Really expensive for what it was. I suppose this was Rovaniemi during the peak season but we have stayed at 5 star hotels for less. The apartment was small and didn't have much space to open our bags (we were 2 A 2C)

Amazing stay in Rovaniemi Positive: The apartment is beautifully located, surrounded by a lake and trees. We were watching auroras from the lake, which was right outside of our apartment. The apartment has all the facilities, bed linen and towels included in the price. Highly recommend to all. Negative: Nothing

Fantástica ubicación pero horrible la gestion del acceso. Positive: Apartamento super bien ubicado, frente a la parada de bus que te trae y lleva a Santa Claus Village y al aeropuerto. Cerca de todo lo que está por el centro de Rovaniemi. Enfrente un parque infantil para patinar y tirarse en trineo. Había 2 trineos en el apartamento, aunque nosotros llevábamos porque en aeropuerto, junto a la puerta de salida, hay muchos que se van pasando de familia en familia. Cama matrimonio cómoda. Las niñas dormían en sofá cama, que para ellas estaba cómodo tambien. Buena WiFi y smart TV. Muy limpio y cómodo. Negative: Al llegar fuimos a la dirección que nos indicaron pero en ese portal no funcionaba el código. Nuestra entrada era en la perpendicular. Llamé al contacto y no sabía explicarme cómo llegar desde mi ubicación a la entrada. Había- 20° y como acabábamos de aterrizar no estábamos suficientemente abrigados. Tardamos 40min en conseguir entrar. Encima, pagué 50€ por early check in porque llegamos a las 15h y poco al edificio, pero con todo el lío del acceso al final entramos en el apartamento a las,16h. Escribí para pedir el rembolso y me contestaron que no era posible. Fue una experiencia horrible porque con las niñas sin abrigar bien, las maletas, la falta de gestion por parte de ellos.... sin duda lo peor del espectacular viaje! Por eso pongo un 7, porque cierto que limpieza y ubicación fueron top. En la cocina se agradecería cazuelas dd otros tamaños o un microondas. Para calentar un vaso de leche habia que usar una cazuela muy grande. Aunque había cafe, la cafetera estaba rota.

Wyjątkowy apartament! Positive: Wspaniały apartament, czysto i przestronnie. Sauna to świetny dodatek po intensywnym dniu. Gospodarz na najwyższym poziomie. Zepsuł nam się czajnik a gospodarz go wymienił na nowy. Dziękuję za cudowny wypoczynek!

Toller Aufenthalt Positive: Das Appartement liegt zentral, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt, in einer ruhigen Strasse. Es ist hell, sauber, mit einem Balkon, den man in den warmen Monaten sehr gut nützen kann. Das Appartement bot alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchte. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle und eine Waschmaschine waren auch vorhanden. Die Informationen bezüglich Schlüssel etc. wurden rechtzeitig und verständlich kommuniziert. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Man konnte den Vermieter auch jederzeit bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten kontaktieren. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Positive: Me gustó que era tal cual a las fotos Negative: No me gustó la atención. Para nosotros que venimos de España esa forma de check- in era complicada además de la estructura del bloque y nadie nos ayudaba. Contactemos, no nos cogieron el teléfono y al rato nos volvieron a enviar el mismo mensaje sin solucionar nada. En el mensaje no explicaba donde estaba la caja de la llave únicamente nos pusieron el código. Menos mal que una pareja nos explicó cómo era y gracias a ellos pudimos obtener la llave.

Estancia muy cómoda y muy tranquila. Positive: Un alojamiento bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos y no pasamos nada de frío a pesar del que hacía fuera. No notamos ruido ni de la calle ni de los vecinos. Negative: Lo único que podría decir negativo del apartamento es la poca luz que tenía, sobre todo en la cocina, apenas se veía.

Brilliant Positive: The facilities are perfect and everything was beyond expectations. Negative: Nothing. The only thing that needs to mention is that the key box is 30-minute walk away from the apartment.

Perfect location, warm and cosy, great value for money Positive: The location of this property was exceptional. Right in the centre, so if you’re not renting a car it’s perfect. A lot of the tour/experience pick ups are like as far as a 5 minute walk away, but nothing more. Supermarket is also 5 mins away. It’s spacious as well. Perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of extra bedding! Shower pressure is good. The filter coffee machine was a life saver and coffee was provided. Negative: A couple of the facilities weren’t working. And the pull out bed/couch - the slates were broken but you can still lay on it. The toaster doesn’t work and neither does the dishwasher. There wasn’t a tea towel either to dry the dishes. But those are just very minor things!

Great location. The apartment looked about older than the photos shown. Positive: Door code was provided Negative: The address provided by the host was for the back entrance through the car park which made it difficult to find.

Positive: Unser Studio war sauber geräumig gut ausgestattet warm und gemütlich. Das Studio war 150 m vom Zentrum Rovaniemi entfernt. Top Lage.

Lovely stay with excellent facilities but there are some small factors that need improving Positive: The property is a lovely studio with a private bathroom and sauna. It comes with everything you need for your stay and it is in convenient location. The hosts were very formal and friendly over text and help with anything you need. Negative: The key is really hard to use to lock the door (you have to twist it multiple times within the lock to actually be able to to lock the door) and we were not informed about it besides looking at someone else’s review. This made it incredibly difficult as we were stood outside for long periods of time trying to figure this out. They also have a strict rule about shoes and suitcases not being allowed into the main part of the apartment which felt very uncomfortable as we have never had many rules beforehand. You also have to collect the key and drop it off in the city centre which isn’t too far away but it just made it a longer process. There is also a light outside that shines into the apartment but it doesn’t affect anything too much unless you like sleeping in complete darkness.

Positive: Everything was great! Location, internet speed, equipment, heating. Instructions were clear and we have had a great time. Negative: None

Exceptional Positive: The location was perfect , away from the crowds in the city but only took a ten minute walk to the city. Area was peaceful and more out the way better chance to see the northern lights. Airport is about 15 minutes away and if you get an uber it’s only about €18. And €9 to the city centre. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the sauna just made it that bit more perfect. We arrived into Rovaniemi early and stayed in the city centre for abit as check in wasn’t till 4. We left our luggage at a storage and explored. We were getting cold as our main clothes were in our cases. I rang the host to see if it was possible to check in an hour early and they said it was fine! The balcony in the apartment has the most stunning views. Beds and pillows were comfy. Negative: Everything was perfect

Positive: Das Cosy City Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, eine komplette Kücheneinrichtung mit sehr guten Küchengeräten, z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Die Sauna funktioniert super, ein schöner Balkon, ein Abstellraum für die schneenassen Schuhe. Es ist immer kuschelig warm, wenn es draußen -20° Grad hat. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Man ist in 5 Minuten im Ortszentrum, in 7 Minuten im Freizeitgebiet Ounasvaara, in 10 Minuten am Arktikum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Disaster, avoid at all costs! Positive: Good location, clean accommodation Negative: The first night I couldn’t get the radiators to work they were all turned off, we were freezing. The second night we were locked out for two hours, hungry cold and tried all we wanted was to sleep, with young kids it was very frustrating: the battery for the lock of the door was dead, they couldn’t fix it, had to break open the letter box and open the door from the inside using a wire! It was ridiculous to say the least, when we eventually got in I turned on the sauna for us to heat up, it was a joke. The window in the sauna doesn’t close it stays open so as soon as u put water on the sauna stones the heat goes out the window! I would definitely not stay here again nor would I recommend it, it was a big dampener on our last night to be locked out. They did allow us 2 hours extra in the morning time before check out but that was my suggestion not theirs.

Great location clean apartment! Positive: The apartment was clean and very well-located for the city and for buses. It was warm and well-equipped. Negative: It wasn’t easy finding the entrance which was 35b not 35. There were no bowls and only one saucepan. The microwave was clean but had an overpowering smell of smoke as if something had caught fire in it. It wasn’t possible to make the apartment dark as there were only slat blinds and limited curtaining.

Positive: Overall, I think the apartment’s layout is above average. The neighbors are very respectful, and the entrances and exits are controlled. The place is safe and very well lit. Negative: In areas that are not visible, it is a bit dirty—for example, under the beds and under the sofas.

Positive: Good location, quite walkable to city center. Kitchen has everything that we need. plus some extras to use like coffee and masalas to make curry. Negative: No elevator so you have to carry your heavy bags to 3rd floor, pretty much basic for the amount you pay.

Très mignon avec bon rapport qualité-prix Positive: Très bien ! Un peu excentré mais à 20 minutes à pied du plein centre ville. Quartier calme avec proximité lac. Appartement très grand et beau. Salle de bain magnifique. Le lit double est exceptionnel. Cuisine toute équipée Negative: Trop de messages commerciaux de la part de l’établissement (ils vendent leurs autres activités).

Como en casa...y cerca de todo Positive: Casa perfectamente equipada, desde utensilios de cocina a trineos para los niños o reflectantes. Muy confortable. Lugar muy tranquilo, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Rovaniemi y también del Santa Claus Village. Negative: Que no tuviera la opción de cancelación gratuita.

Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung! Positive: Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Toll ist das man einen Parkplatz am Haus hat. Die Sauna im Badezimmer ist super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch ok. In der Küche gab es einen Geschirrspüler und Kaffee und Kaffeefilter und auch Tee, Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar Gewürze. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Negative: Der Esstisch hat furchtbar gewackelt! Der Vorhang hing schief am Fenster. Und es wäre gut wenn es nicht nur 1 Topf gäbe, ein zweiter Kleinerer wäre sinnvoll...

Prijetna nastanitev Positive: Lokacija je super, blizu mestnega sredisca. Apartma je prostoren. Kuhinja dobro opremljena. Negative: Lahko bi popravili kljuke na vratih in uredili se par malenkosti. V sobah je dovolj prostora se za eno posteljo oz lahko bi bile sirse postelje.

City centre apartment Positive: Location is perfect, right in the city centre which made it easy to access everything we needed. Picking up the key is easy and literally 2 minutes walk away. Supermarket, shops and restaurants all in walking distances. The bed was comfortable, fresh towels provided, sledge to use, smart TV, WiFi all worked great. Negative: The apartment is definitely a little dated, it could do with a bit of an update especially the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is overlooked by other apartments and I think some blinds would make a massive difference to the apartment, we kept the curtains closed due to how overlooked it was. Overall the apartment met our needs and I would definitely return if the price was right.

Ubicación buena pero sucio y sin mobiliario adecuado Positive: La ubicación es muy buena, y puedes ir andando al centro del pueblo sin problema. La calefacción funciona muy bien. No destinada a más de 4 personas, ya que las 2 habitaciones están bien, pero lo demás no. Negative: Reservamos para 8 personas (4 adultos y 4 niños) y los sofá-cama estaban rotos, con lo que había que tener cuidado. No había cubiertos para los 8, ni vasos. Tampoco había 8 sillas, sólo 4. Y como los sofá-cama estaban rotos, no los podíamos cerrar por miedo a que se rompieran del todo, por lo que no había sitio para sentarnos todos. La mampara del baño estaba rota, y el baño estaba sucio. Tenía pelusas por el suelo, al lado de la ducha.

Positive: Appartamento bellissimo e curato, pulitissimo e accogliente.

Home away from home. Positive: It was spacious, comfortable sofas and beds, working equipment, responsive staff, conveniently located. Negative: The bathroom’s shower stall floor wasn’t segregated from the sink and toilet so water flowed to that part of the bathroom each time someone takes a shower. Kitchen cabinets’ laminates were peeling off. But the wood is still good.

All good but need to improve toilet facilities. Positive: Very spacious and the kitchen is good all necessary utensils are available. Negative: Toilet too small and the dryer cabinet is not available for drying clothes. The staff asked us to paid €20 to store our luggage's but the room is already available for us.

Positive: La ubicación, muy próximo al centro comercial y restaurantes. Éramos 7 pero para una estancia corta no está mal de espacio, eran dos habitaciones y sofá cama. El check-in es a partir de las 16.00h pero pudimos dejar las maletas en la oficina pagando una cuota. Negative: El mobiliario está un poco antiguo y las puertas de los armarios parece que van a romper cuando las abres. No había suficiente menaje en la cocina para 7 personas y el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien. Tuvimos que ir a la oficina para que nos explicaran cómo ponerlo en marcha pero aún así no se disuelve la pastilla del jabón y los platos no quedan bien limpios. La cortina de la ducha tenía moho.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at this accommodation from BookLapland! The accommodation looks just like the pictures — well equipped with a sauna, super cozy and perfect for a group of five. Checkin and checkout was super easy too! Moreover, the host was incredibly kind and always replied to our questions very quickly !! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention they put into accommodating us, which made our trip really smooth and comfortable — would definitely come back !!

Non male Positive: la posizione è eccellente per soggiornare a rovaniemi perché è a due passi dal centro e si possono raggiungere a piedi i punti d’incontro per le escursioni. la cucina era molto carina e tutto sommato la casa è abbastanza spaziosa. i riscaldamenti erano centralizzati ma devo dire che la casa era sempre ben riscaldata. quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta di ingresso che non si apriva sono arrivati in 5 minuti per risolverci il problema, quindi ottima assistenza. Negative: la casa non era male, ma non è nuova come sembra nelle foto, alle porte mancavano le maniglie, quindi non potevi mai chiuderle del tutto. il bagno un po’ troppo piccolo, da risultare abbastanza scomodo, ma passabile.

Not worth it, for our opinion. Positive: The location was great, not far from the activities pick up or town center. Negative: As we were 3 couples the owner didn’t mention that one of the “double room” doesn’t have door at all for your privacy when you sleep. Basically they converted the “dinning room” in a double room and guess what, your fridge and microwave are in your “room” just in case you need something during the night. As it’s an apartment you will hear sometime knocks into the wall from the neighbours. And the key location its about 10 mins walk for pick up and for drop off. We didn’t have a coffee machine and dryer as in the booking its shows that we have. From the pictures the apartment looks amazing but you will be very disappointed once you will see it there. During the night when outside was -33 degrees we were wake up in “cold” the heathers wasn’t ON during the night as probably were trying to save money on gas. So my honest opinion its a big NO for the price they asking and what you will receive.

Apartamento moderno con sofá cama para una persona Positive: Se veía moderno y bien cuidado. Estaba limpio y no se oía ruido. Negative: Las camas eran muy incómodas. En realidad solo tiene un dormitorio con cama doble y un sofá cama, pero el sofá cama es pequeño y no caben dos personas. Debería indicarse en la descripción del apartamento que es necesario desplazarse hasta el centro para recoger y dejar la llave. No es nada conveniente, en especial si no tiene coche y te has planificado solo ir directamente al apartamento.

Un apartament modern Positive: Apartamentul nu este foarte mare, dar este modern, curat și dotat corespunzător. Are un pat de dormitor si o canapea, un loc de luat masa si o mică chicineta. A fost cald înăuntru și ne-am odihnit bine după aventurile reci de afară. Negative: La masă erau doar trei scaune deși noi eram patru persoane. Aș fi apreciat dacă puneau 4 scaune totuși.

Positive: Clean, cozy and well maintained facilities. The kitchen is enough to cook meals. There is washing machine which is really helpful when you're in the middle of 2 weeks family travel. The apartment is very centrally located, which is great for exploring. Everything is within a few minutes walk. We had a wonderful time. A home from home, perfectly presented Positive: What a stunning place, a real home from home and just what are family needed after a horrendous start at another property(cozy 2bed hideaway by Lapland hosts) we honestly couldn’t stand it and Villa Santa Aurora came to our rescue. Everything you could want is provided and the beds are the most comfortable you will find, also must mention the sauna which was well needed after a day in this stunning town with temperatures around -35 I could go on but please try this place for yourselves and who knows you might be as lucky as us and be treated to the most amazing sight of the northern lights from the comfort of this beautiful house Thank you Negative: Nothing at all - don’t change a thing !

Stay away Positive: - it’s calm, no noisy neighbours, you can hardly hear the street sounds - It’s relatively new, the building is from 1970 though - It’s spacious enough for 2 people - It’s well situated in the center of the town - The bed is very comfortable Negative: - No bedside light/lightswitch. The “light” is battery-powered and out of batteries. - No second bedside table - No plug/extension cord on another side of the bed. We had to buy one ourselves. - Wardrobe is full with pillows and a large mattress. Would be nice to store the additional mattress under the bed. - Door hinge broken in bathroom shelf, under the sink - No blackout curtains, lots of light from the street lamps all night - Window near the bed is poorly isolated, there’s a noticeable cold air flowing from it. It’s -30 outside… I don’t want to feel it - Drying rack for clothes is broken, missing a piece, barely useable and unstable - One of two lamps in the bathroom over the mirror is broken and burned out - Toilet seat is broken - Rug in front of the bed is very slippery - Previous reviews mention cleaning issues and yet, it seems like it was not taken seriously. It’s quite clear that the cleaning is done superficially and carelessly by a hired third-party who does the bare minimum. And that’s not ok, especially with the price of staying in the apartment. As a summary: this apartment only looks good on pictures because it’s shown in its original state, without all the damage it suffered throughout the years. And the pictures only show you the general image, hiding all the details. I would NOT recommend renting it to anyone who can afford anything else in the city. To fellow travellers: don’t assume all of these things will have been fixed by the time you go there. And to the owners: if your business is renting, do a better job. Pay real attention to the state of things, it’s your job, not mine. Last year we stayed at another apartment in Rovaniemi and it had ZERO issues, and the owner actually cared about its state.

Truly a cozy and comfortable stay — we couldn’t have asked for more. Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, pots, pans, and all the essentials, which made cooking super easy. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were simple to use and really convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place had a warm, homey feel. We’d definitely stay here again! Negative: There was no dislikes.

Positive: It was a perfect stay. The flat was very new and clean, fully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you could need. It was warm, comfortable, and more convenient than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for more. Negative: It’s not that I didn’t like it, but it could be even more perfect if the shower were not slightly leaking. Although the equipment is very new, it seems that the quality of the tube connected to the shower is not very good quality. It is flattened and not secure, causing water leakage and reducing pressure. However, the water pressure was still strong enough for a comfortable shower. The distance between the flat and city center is more than 1 km. Under normal conditions, this would be an ideal walking distance, but it was much harder in −30°C during my stay. Other than that, everything was excellent. Not only the accommodation, but also the other services provided by BookLapland are professional. Their staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Departamento en el centro de Rovaniemi Positive: Es un hermoso departamento super acogedor, no es muy grande pero con espacio suficiente para poder colocar las cosas, una cocina con todos los implementos para una corta estadía, nosotros por lo general sólo tomamos desayuno y a veces cenamos, la temperatura del departamento fue perfecta, a pesar que afuera estaba bajo cero, ahí estuvimos super calientitos; las camas cómodas, las almohadas también cómodas, excelente WiFi en todo el departamento, y ascensor en el edificio para subir las maletas. El precio era un poco alto para nosotros, pero dentro de todo lo que vimos resultaba ser uno de los más bajos en comparación con otros sitios similares. El lugar donde se recogen las llaves queda a un cuadra del departamento, realmente no es muy lejos y sólo sigues las instrucciones con el código de acceso y listo, tienes las llaves del departamento que queda en pleno centro de Rovaniemi, el lugar nos quedó perfecto para todas las actividades que teníamos planificadas; llegas caminando al paradero de buses para tomar el Santa Express que te lleva al pueblo de Santa Claus, cerca a muchos restaurantes como "Nili" que es super recomendado pero es importante hacer reserva, también había una pista de patinaje y la cabaña de Santa para una visita mientras estás en el centro de Rovaniemi, además de un mall con un supermercado bien abastecido, todo esto quedaba entre 2 a 4 cuadras de distancia del departamento, realmente nos encantó y volveríamos sin dudarlo! Negative: Hasta ese momento, ya íbamos viajando 9 días, por lo que queríamos lavar ropa, pero ni el departamento ni el edificio tenían lavadoras a disponibilidad, así que por la necesidad buscamos una lavandería, resultó bastante caro en comparación con otras ciudades, tal vez deberían ver la forma de colocar lavadoras en el sótano del edificio o algo así.

La scomodità di dover andare a ritirare e restituire le chiavi presso un ufficio distante dall'appartamento. La cucina potrebbe essere implementata. Il divano letto come terzo letto non è tra i più comodi.

Spend your money elsewhere Positive: The bed is comfortable. The couch is comfortable. Negative: First of all, this apartment is sold as a family room. The only bedroom has a glass sliding door that doesn't fully close, so it's still light and noise still goes through. So at night as soon as the baby goes to sleep everyone has to be silent and sit in the dark. The window blinds and curtains don't block out the light from the streets. The staff were un-helpful when we tried to book parking, they didn't respond. When we tried to check-in the staff took over 30mins to respond, considering it's -20 degrees and you can't find the building using their instructions. Early check in costs you 50€ to get in at 2pm instead of 4pm. I asked for this the day we arrived, so the room is clearly always available at 2pm you just have to pay more for it. The shower is small, the kitchen has suitable appliances. The one good thing this apartment has in cupboards. More cupboards than you'll ever desire. Despite being told it's a family room, my mother in-law had to go purchase additional accommodation due to there not being enough space for 3 adults and one child. This accommodation is suitable for a couple. That's it. In addition you can hear noise from the building at all hours despite the fact that there's quiet time between certain hours. I would not recommend you stay here. There are much better, bigger accomodations for the same price or less.

Positive: Ζεστό δωμάτιο, ζεστό νερό, καλά μαξιλάρια. Negative: Βρώμικο το δωμάτιο, χτυπημένοι τοίχοι,πολύ βρώμικο μπάνιο,πίσω από το πλυντήριο πρέπει να έχει να καθαριστεί ο χώρος ένα χρόνο! Τα τζάμια της ντουζιέρας μέσα στα άλατα,ο νεροχύτης βρώμικος. Τα πιάτα εκτός ότι μύριζαν άσχημα είχαν μεταξύ τους νερό. Βρώμικα ντουλάπια που ακουμπούσαν τα ποτήρια με το χείλος. Οι ντουλάπες αν κ μεγάλες τα 2/3 ήταν κατειλημμένα από πράγματα του σπιτιού,του καναπέ που έγινε κρεβάτι κλπ. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι άθλιος απλά!! Τα στορια χαλασμένα. Και τέλος το πιο σημαντικό,οι αεραγωγοί που φέρνουν ζεστό αέρα μέσα στα μικρόβια και την σκόνη, άκρως επιβλαβές. Απορώ γιατί πληρώνουμε όλα αυτά τα χρήματα και δεν υπάρχει κανένας απολύτως έλεγχος.

Apesar da questão da limpeza, o apartamento é ótimo e bem estruturado. Positive: Localização excelente, sistema de aquecimento bom, funcionários respondem rapidamente, o apartamento comporta 4 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha com bastante utensilios. Possuía máquina de lavar roupa, o que ajuda muito. Negative: O apartamento estava muito sujo, muito mesmo. Cabelos no banheiro e nos lençóis/travesseiros, pêlos na pia do banheiro e vaso, fogão sujo, e forno sujo.

Very nice apartment and well located. Positive: The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We really appreciated that little things like coffee, sugar, and other basic provisions were provided. Negative: Perhaps some guidance could be provided how to more easily access the property. The address for the apartment is 7A Korkalonkatu, Rovaniemi but the property did not appear to be accessible from this street and one has to go around the block and enter the driveway/drop off area from Maakuntakatu Street. We were not sure we had the right building (it was named Tammela but no obvious number) until we entered the ground floor door access code and it worked:). We were not alone with the above, our taxi driver could not find the building and neither could the Book Lapland Team who picked us up for a tour. We had to run around the block to Korkalonkatu to meet them.

Nebija nekādu iespēju kur žāvēt drēbes cimdus un tml. Dažās lampās nebija atjaunotas spuldzītes...

Très bon séjour à Rovaniemi Positive: L'emplacement, la propreté, la grandeur de l'appartement Negative: Les lumières restent allumées toute la nuit, ce qui apporte beaucoup de clarté dans le salon et gêne la personne qui dort sur le canapé-lit. Il vaut donc mieux prévoir un masque de nuit. De plus, les coussins sont trop mous.

Way overpriced for what it offers but otherwise nice place to stay Positive: Fantastic location, right in front of the property there is a lovely ice skating rink and sleighing space, my kids loved both. It is also a short walk to the Main Street with all amenities. Before check in I received a couple of messages with options to book various tours and warm clothing, that is very thoughtful. Check-in was very easy with a door key and a safe box for the apartment key. The beds were very comfortable and I also loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Negative: I booked the apartment for 4 people yet there were only 3 dining chairs, for the price we paid I would expect a TV with Netflix and proper reading lights next to the bed! We couldn’t read our books the main ceiling lights were so dim. There were some kind of small bedside lamps but neither of them worked. The apartment was super expensive as we were staying for new year. For a much cheaper option these would be acceptable but certainly not for the amount we paid. Same goes for no tea or coffee. For this price I would expect coffee and tea to be available as well as free toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, body lotion. Also there is a serious draft coming in from the windows but there are only 4 curtains for 4 windows. The price does not reflect the actual facilities.

Perfect City centre stay family apartment Positive: It was very central location close to everything like supermarkets, tour offices and bus stops. It’s about 10-15 mins by taxi from the train station. Everything was easily accessed and set up with a baby cot as we requested. We had a minor issue with a door not closing but it was resolved quickly and easily. They provide you with a lot of extra information for anything you may need and have a luggage storage point if need be too. Overall would stay here again as travelling with kids was easy to cook and prepare food they’re familiar with. Negative: Some extra pillows and have an option for a few basic things like oil, salt etc for cooking and tea/coffee.

Positive: Clean warm Negative: You have to walk 10 min to get the key from a locker and with all the kids,luggage and the cold it wasn’t so convenient. Better if they put a locker at the building where is the apartment.

No lo dijeron hasta 48 h antes de mi llegada por lo que si o si, tenia que quedarme en este apartamento. Las fotos ademas llegan a engaño, parece que existe una puerta para la habitacion , pero es diafono (tampoco lo describen) La luz del baño no funcionaba. La recogida y entrega de llaves es a 15 minutos andando ó 6 minutos en coche. Si vas en Taxi como yo , te mete en un gasto puesto que tienes que hacer una parada intermedia y te cobran. Pero dada la climatologia y con maletas no te queda otra....

Good location, disappointing stay Positive: The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with a bus stop directly in front of the building and a park opposite the apartment. Access to the apartment is very easy. Customer service was quick, with communication via WhatsApp. They were helpful in providing information and answering questions before our arrival, even before we reached the city. Negative: The apartment was quite small for five adults, even though we booked one that was advertised for six people. There was only one toilet, and one and a half of the two available wardrobes were filled with sofa cushions and cleaning equipment. As a result, we had no space to store our clothes or suitcases. Some issues were not resolved, such as the lack of space in the apartment. We were not offered a larger alternative, nor was a solution provided to free up the wardrobes.

Lovely, clean and quiet apartment. Positive: Lovely apartment, just outside the centre which meant it was quiet. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk to centre. Very clean and warm, it was -25 in the evenings outside! Close to a small supermarket for food. Sauna was great. Negative: Couldn’t find the key pick up point easily, we asked a taxi driver in the end. Apartment could do with a few coat hangers and maybe a small clothes dryer for wet gloves, hats, scarfs. Maybe also a shower curtain so we didn’t have to take socks off. Otherwise was lovely.

Loved this accomodation! Positive: Loved the location and the aspect! We were celebrating Christmas with friends and it was so special that a Christmas tree was organised for us. Absolutely fantastic! Would absolutely stay there again. Negative: Had a fantastic stay! Would have been good to have a couple of platters and large bowls and a couple of extra tongs. We had wanted to use the fireplace but they don’t allow people to use it. Would have been good to have luggage racks in each room.

No posee sauna, algo típico y que poseen la mayoría de alojamientos en Rovaniemi. La mesa de comedor estaba coja y se olvidaron una caja de pizza con comida dentro que nos encontramos el día de llegada.

Positive: For a group of 5–6 people, this is exactly what you need. A comfortable and cozy house with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything for cooking — from oil, salt, and spices to dishwashing liquid, which was a pleasant surprise for us. The sauna is a very nice bonus on cold winter evenings.

Already had coffee & sugar but we didn't know so bought extra. Check in instructions fine but the apartment is on 1st floor (1 flight of steps) didn't match with instructions. Negative: Having to make an extra stop in the taxi rather than the lock box being at the property or someone meeting us with the keys as extra work and harder with cases & children. Need extra pillows as are so flat & only 1 each. Need smaller pans, 1 big pan & 1 frying pan is not enough choice.

This apartment was so comfortable and in a fantastic location. I would have no problems in recommending it for friends&# Positive: The location of this property was perfect. So close to the shopping Centre too which made self catering very easy. It was so quiet too and being on the ground floor it was very accessible. Negative: Everything was great but it would have been beneficial to have a little information sheet to know about some of the utilities like the heating etc. we turned the dials up to 5 to see if it helped and felt the apartment was definitely warmer.

Wouldn't recommend Negative: Unfortunately the apartment was not clean. The beds were uncomfortable. There were a lot of private things in the closets and also a lot of empty beer bottles. No toiletries like hand soap or basic kitchen things like a sponge were provided. You'll have to pick up the key and drop it off after check out at their office which is in town and you'll need a car, which we were told the day before check in. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend the apartment.

Super Preis/Leistung für Rovaniemi- würde ich meinen Freunden empfehlen! Positive: Man muss die Schlüssel in der Stadt abholen/wegbringen und dann zur Wohnung fahren. Das ist ok, wenn man es vorher so einplant, unkomplizierter wäre aber eine Schlüsselbox am Appartment. Unten im Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das ist so perfekt gewesen, da man keine Einkäufe schleppen musste. Von der City zur Unterkunft läuft man ca 20min. Uns hat es gar nicht gestört. Wir haben uns direkt nach der Ankunft einen Schlitten für 15€ im Einkaufscenter nehmen der Schlüsselabholstation gekauft und somit war es auch mit unseren Kinder kein Problem. Für unsere Kinder war es eine tolle Überraschung, dass es eine Wichteltür in dem Appartment gab Auch ein Vorteil, dass man für alle Touren von Booklapland 10% als Mieter bekommt. Hat sich bei 199€ schon bemerkbar gemacht. Die Nordlichtertour ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wird mir ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Negative: Es gab nichts.

Perfeição no meio da neve Positive: O imóvel é incrível, numa zona lindíssima e calma, mas suficientemente perto do centro da cidade, onde as paisagens são maravilhosas mesmo vistas de dentro de casa. Conseguimos avistar as Auroras do nosso quintal. Existe muito espaço para brincar com a neve. A casa tem excelentes condições e está muito bem equipada. As camas são confortáveis, mesmo para quem dorme no sofá. Existem supermercados a 10 minutos a pé, sendo que o passeio até lá é lindíssimo. Para nós o mais incrível foi o anfitrião. Fomos ajudados pelo Juhani, da BookLapland, que foi incansável, ajudando 24/07, deu-nos recomendações de vários tipos e ajudou a gerir algumas dificuldades que tivémos com a nossa viagem (nomeadamente cancelamento de voo e alteração das datas da viagem). Recomendo fortemente. Negative: Nada. Foi tudo maravilhoso.

Espectacular Positive: La ubicación esta bien, cerca del centro, a unos 8 minutos en coche, también las vistas que tiene este apartamento son geniales, desde la ventana de la cocina veíamos los arboles nevados y desde el balcón vimos las espectaculares vistas. Nos encantó también que estuviera a las afueras donde podíamos disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el silencio. Al lado del apartamento hay un bosque donde puedes pasear, echar fotos, ver las vistas, etc. Y finalmente, hay un supermercado donde comprar comida enfrente del apartamento, lo cual se agradece mucho por no tener que coger el coche para ir a comprar.

Les équipements ménagers étaient de bonne qualité et l’appartement était globalement propre. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises le temps que le ménage se finisse lors de notre arrivée. Negative: La ventilation émettait un sifflement légèrement désagréable dans l’appartement. Le code d’accès de la porte de l’immeuble a été changé au cours de notre séjour sans que nous soyons prévenus : pénible de patienter dans le froid quand il fait -20 degrés !

The worst experience of our lives, apartment so unhygienic it felt genuinely disgusting to stay Positive: Nothing Negative: The apartment appeared to have not been cleaned or sanitised for a very long time. We discovered old food waste, bottles, and trash hidden under the sofa, and later additional dirt and debris in the bedroom. This was not a minor cleanliness issue but a sign of serious neglect. When waste is hidden under furniture, the entire apartment feels unhygienic and unsafe. Most concerning, the property had been informed in advance that a pregnant woman was part of our group, creating a clear duty of care, which was entirely ignored. A cleaner was sent only after we complained, yet the property refused any refund, denied fault, and abruptly closed the case. The lack of accountability was alarming. The handling of the situation was equally unacceptable. From the beginning, the property was completely unhelpful, gave inconsistent and contradictory answers, and avoided responsibility. We were blamed for reporting the issue instead of it being properly addressed

Basic Apartment, good Location, poor value for money. Positive: Good location, very convenient for any activities downtown, shopping, food, transport. Negative: The property was ok, but very basic and for that price the value for money wasn’t great. The furniture is a bit dated and it places loose/broken. One chair had a loose seat, the legs from the sofa beds were a bit rickety, the floorboard skirting was loose at the front room, wash basin was slightly loose in the bath room. Overall cleanliness was okisj, but could have been better.

Great great experience in Lapland Positive: The location is excellent—just about 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center. The apartment has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. A very comfortable stay and highly recommended. Negative: none

Amazing house but not fully emjoyable Positive: House near the lake close by the city center( 10 minutes driving) nice decorated, with a lot cutlery to cook , sauna, dishwasher and drier and fireplace. Negative: Staff sent us the house instructions late so we had problems to use the drier , washing machine and dish washer. We didn't have a hair drier. I reported it ro the staff but we never got one in our 5 days stay. Fireplace was not allowed to be used .

Positive: We stayed for 4 nights. The studio was in the first floor, and it was clean and tidy, warm, had microwave, coffee machine, kettle and some other kitchen utensils, although we didn't cook, only made coffee. Shower was good, and had good storage. Very close to the shops and high street that has many restaurants, it was also easy to get buses to Santa Claus village and to the airport. Negative: Overall, the building and surroundings, were silent and safe. However in the building upper floor, there was someone that was refurbishing, and the noise started too early, like 8 am, where the rules said "to make noise at 10 am. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Blinds in the room are not effective, there's plenty of light coming into the room at night. The bathroom doesn't have a closed shower area, do be ready for a wet floor after you've showered. Will recommend staying when in Rovaniemi Positive: The studio was cute and self sufficient , loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. It’s near to the bus stop and city centre. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Negative: Had some difficulty locating it when arriving from airport, the taxi went on the Main Street while the entrance to the property was on the other side.

Excellent location, clean, warm and cosy. Positive: Location, right by Naava cafe, ice skating, public transport and on the edge of the town centre. Shops and restaurants within a very short walk. Very clean and warm. Easy to communicate with host. Had everything needed and more. Negative: All accommodation in Rovaniemi is expensive. This place was reasonable compared to other similar places but still high compared to other places we have stayed elsewhere in the world.

Positive: Отличные, чистые апартаменты в тихом районе, относительно не далеко от центра, пешком 20 минут. Большой супермаркет в пешей доступности 15 минут. В апартаментах было все необходимое для времяпровождения. Очень мило и уютно. Сауна, балкончик) Negative: Ключ от апартаментов нужно было забирать в другом месте. И это не рядом, а 20 минут пешком. Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь!!! И оставить его нужно было там же. Т.е.вы автоматически попадаете на 2 не запланированных такси, потому что с чемоданами не будешь столько идти, да еще и с ребенком как в нашем случае. Это прямо большой и жирный минус во всей поездке! Неужели так сложно установить бокс для ключей непосредственно на локации???

We had no problem getting taxis from the property and was only a 5-6 minute ride to Santa Claus Village and 10 minutes to Rovaniemi. Really quiet area and just felt like a proper cabin in a Winter Wonderland.. Negative: I found the bed not good for my back. Everyone else slept well..

Great Location, property and help! Positive: The property is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to city centre, angry birds park, supermarket, buses. They were really happy to help with any issues we had. Our table was slightly wobbly so they came and fixed it straight away. They came and dropped a sled off to us so we didnt have to buy one. They also helped get the sauna set up which was super easy to do but we made it hard for ourselves. Negative: Abit squeezed but works for just sleeping. The apartments entrance is on a different side of the street so made it abit hard for taxi pick ups but otherwise fantastic stay with them.

Negative: avevi prenotato due appartamenti perché eravamo in 8 visto che ho tre bambine e quando prenoto un appartamento o hotel mi danno sempre due camere o comunque 5 posti letto. il problema è che il giorno prima della partenza mi arriva un’e-mail con indicati due i dirizzi diversi. li chiamo e mi dicono che sono a 30 metri di distanza. ma se prenoto due appartamenti stessa prenotazione e non mi indicano che si trovano in stabili diversi per me quindi sono nello stesso. anche perché la terza bambina alla fine me la sono dovuta tenere io stando stretti. gli amici che sono andati nell’altro appartamento hanno avuto non pochi problemi nel trovare l’edificio. l’indirizzo dava il retro quindi sono riusciti ad entrare dal garage ma poi non ti capiva dalle spiegazioni dove fossero le chiavi. e nessuno rispondeva perché erano le 9:30 di sera. un altra coppia addirittura er andata in hotel perché non rispondevano e non riuscivano ad aprire il portone del loro condominio..insomma mal gestita soprattutto di notte al freddo che fa lì non è possibile che non ci sia assistenza!!!!non pulitissima. mancavano degli asciugamani e il fon (anche nel secondo appartamento) che dopo tre solleciti iniziati alle 9 mi hanno portato alle 15.

Ropa de cama y toallas blancas impolutas. Lavadora. Secador. Nos dejaron cafe para cafetera (de filtro), AOVE, sal y pimienta. Todo lo necesario en cocina. Buena comunicación a través de chat de booking. Repetiría. Negative: Habría que ajustar mesa de comedor que se mueve mucho y es difícil comer en ella.

Overall, a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, just be prepared for the parking situation Positive: The place is in brand-new condition, everything felt fresh, clean, and high quality. The location is absolutely spot on: right in the city, close to shops and conveniences, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Check-in and check-out were super straightforward with clear instructions, so the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Negative: The lack of parking, especially since the apartment is on a restricted parking street.

Cosy accommodation Positive: Lovely cosy spacious accommodation and well equipped. Very insulated and warm, which was great after days out in minus temperatures. Parking available outside. Negative: Upstairs bedroom wasn't particularly usable. The ceiling is far too low and the stairs up there were slippery, and there is a large gap in them at the top so didn't feel it was very safe for children. We didn't use it for this reason, but 4 double beds available downstairs so didn't affect our stay.

Positive: The apartment was in a great location, next to bus stops, cafes and bars. Everything we needed was available, kettle, cooker toaster and smart TV.. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very warm even with the outside temperature being -17. Negative: The apartment could do with a little TLC. The bathroom was a little grubby, the light fitting in the bedroom was broken and there was only one curtain which was hanging by a thread.

Great stay at Rovaniemi by the river Positive: The apartment is in perfect location by the river, you can easily access city center, shops, restaurants, attractions and enjoy picturesque walking trails, stunning views. Easy contact with the property provider, if you have any questions. The apartment offers everything that you need, also sauna to relax whenever you want. I definitely recommend it!
